Dr. Susan Brooks, DDS

I met Dr. Brooks when I was desperately searching for an oral surgery. Finding her was the best thing that ever happened to me. She is a professional, excellent, well skilled Dentist. Dr. Brooks not only took care of my emergency extraction, she continued to care for me at no charge for the severe dental recession that I was experiencing. I have cancer and very little funds. The kindness in her heart is still unbelievable to me!!! I was told by her staff personnel, that she chooses one patient ,who is in severe need of dental care and has no means to obtain it because of financial difficulty. Dr. Susan Brooks, all I have to say is she is the most wonderful person that I have ever met!!!! I am thankful everyday for her kindness and may I add, her excellent work. My teeth look beautiful now!!!! Thank you Dr. Brooks!!

Very professional and flexible. I really appreciate everything they did to help get my daughter's wisdom teeth out on short notice. Dr Brooks is very knowledgeable and does really good work. She also has TINY hands that I really think helps reduce swelling and pain with dentistry. Her assistants are all very well trained and friendly. We especially appreciate Rose for her always being there to comfort and talk nice to my daughter to help distract her from the procedure. Highly recommend this office!

Dr. Brooks and her staff were very efficient and professional in preparing and performing my extensive dental work. I am very pleased with the results and can now eat with no pain. The dentures fit very well and look very natural. Thanks for all you did for me.

My experience with Dr Brooks and her staff has been OUTSTANDING!!! I had broken a front tooth and had a flight north scheduled several days later. Dr Brooks has bent over backwards to repair my tooth within the confines of my travel schedule. She has scheduled early morning appointments and juggled her schedule as well as her staff’s schedule. She even had the lab technician come in for an early morning appointment to color match my crown to my other teeth. Kudos Dr Brooks and staff!!!!

If your in need of a quality dentist, look no further. Dr.Susan Brooks is by far the best dentist I have ever had treat me. There are no negatives. Dr. Brooks makes a trip to the dentist a pleasent experience. You will not be disappointed!! I trust her 100%

Dr Brooks husband Jeff who runs the office is rude condescending argumentative and very unprofessional

at first being referred i thought i would be more welcomed. the man at the front counter is very rude and almost laughs in your face. will not be doing my buisness here. as for my family that continues to go here, also were belittled for associating with me. i was called 4 times followed by a very unprofessional text message that i did not sign up for. threatening to cancel emergency apt if not confirmed. hard communicating over the phone with the front desk. not much of help at all.

I chipped my front tooth over the weekend and early Monday called as a "new patient",within two hours I was sitting in her chair. She is caring, professional and excellent as well as her staff. My previous dentist of 20 yrs was unable to see me for l0 days. I'm so happy I called Dr. Brooks, I look better than ever. I recommend her without question. Thank you, CMS
