Dr. Susan Kohls, DDS

My wife and I have the best experience at Dr. Kohls office. I've personally been going for over 20 years now. The staff is more like a family. They all appear to enjoy their work. I'm able to have any questions or concerns confidently answered. If they are accepting new patients, consider yourself lucky and give them a try.

When we go, the first people we see are Dona and/or Susie at the front area, and they always have a happy smile. All of the staff at Dr. Kohls are warm and outgoing, and they are excellent when they work. We consider ourselves lucky to be a few blocks away from Dr. Kohls and her wonderful practice!

I'm an ADULT EPILEPTIC, and fully informed Dr. Kohl and her practice of those particulars. Her "professional" staff was so rough and ignorant with me, that I had a GRAND MAL SEIZURE in her dental chair, and when I complained to her about this, SHE BACKED THEM UP. Dr. Susan Kohl is just very fortunate that at this juncture I do NOT have the time and energy to sue.

They make a big deal about reminding you about your upcoming appointment (can't have any no-shows, you know), but don't bother to confirm that Dr. Kohls will be there. Made an appointment after my last visit (about 6 months ago) and specifically requested that I only wanted to see Dr. Kohls (during a previous appointment that was supposed to be with Dr. Kohls, she was "out of the office" that day, so another dentist I HAD NEVER MET BEFORE saw me). I received a reminder in the mail about 3 weeks ago, and called to verify the time and that I would be seeing Dr. Kohls. Received yet another reminder via a call on Monday, at which time NO MENTION WAS MADE THAT DR. KOHLS WOULD NOT BE IN ON WEDNESDAY (the day of my appointment). I arrived on time, was taken back for a fill series of x-rays, and then was informed that Dr. Kohls was again AWOL for my scheduled appointment. As I didn't want to see yet another strange dentist I had never met or knew anything about, I left, after informing

Everyone is super friendly and they never keep you waiting in the waiting room. Excellent explanations of what is being done and why and no one is upselling you on treatments(fluoride, teeth bleaching, etc)
