I was weary going to see a dentist especially with the COVID pandemic however I was experiencing discomfort in my gum so decided to make an appointment. Since I was in pain and had some swelling, she was accommodating and saw me the next day. I was so happy! Dr. Susan Nguyen was very gentle and treated my case, according to her, "minimally invasive with laser surgery". I have very little bleeding, swelling or discomfort. The gum looks pink and healthy and the swelling has gone down even less than 4 hrs from my surgery. So happy and pleased and not stressed anymore that I might lose my teeth. I'll be honest, I was very skeptic that the laser was going to fix my gum but now I'm 100% a believer and will refer my friends and family to her. She's super sweet, knowledgeable and very detail. In regards to safety, she and her staffs were over the top with prescreening and had all these safety measures to make me fell safe and confident in my care.

Dr. Susan Nguyen is a detailed, informative, and caring gum specialist, I was very nervous going there since I heard from my friends about how painful gum surgeries can be. Instead, my surgeries were minimal discomfort, swelling. She was very attentive before, during and after all my surgeries. Amazing doctor!!
