Dr. Susan Niles, DDS

My family and I have been going to her for over 25 years. She even seen me at 10pm for a emergency. She is nothing but the BEST !! And truly cares about her patients.

This was the longest dental appointment I've ever had and the most painful cleaning I've ever had. She recommended I have wisdom teeth removed and referred me to an out of network provider. I only have two and have been to many dentists who know I have two wisdom teeth but have said there's no reason to remove them since they don't cause me any issues. Her office didn't bill my insurance and tried to make me pay the entire amount. So I had to go back and forth with my insurance and her office because my insurance never even received a claim from them. She also provided a service that she didn't tell me wasn't covered by my insurance at all. I won't be returning.

Dr. Niles always does an amazing job woth anything that you need done. I reccomend her for anything involving teeth.

Long story short. We have spent thousands on dental work missed by this dentist or having to have another dentist treat a preexisting issue or clean up a mess made by this dentist. We waited way to long to switch to another dentist.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Niles for many years. We have been very satisfied with her care. She was recommended to me initially by one of her dental school professors. She stays very busy so isn't always easy to get in to see if you don't book your appointment pretty far in advance, but she has always worked us in when it is an emergency.

I went to this office four times and each time I had a 20-30 minute wait in the waiting room. Then I was called back to one of the numerous patient rooms and yet another wait. On one visit, the dentist started my procedure and then disappeared with no explanation. I could hear her working on another patient next door. I waited a half hour in the chair and then went looking for someone to finish with me so I could leave. Also, this dentist is very expensive.

I started going to Dr. Niles in 1989 after another dentist failed to diagnose my periodontal disease, causing me many issues. Dr. Niles worked through all of those issues with the aid of a periodontal surgeon. She is thorough, kind and professional. I am presently under her care for a new partial bridge. I appreciate her perfectionism in making the bridge both esthetically appealing and functional. I would not go to anyone else.
