Horrible Dentist! Do not trust her with your child! I took my daughter to her who just turned 4 at the time because she needed some fillings on her back molars. She ended up giving my daughter 6 (YES 6 silver crowns and she presented it in a way that I had no choice , My bill was well over 3,500 dollars!! The crowns have fallen off repeatedly and our new dentist cannot believe she crowned 6 of my daughters teeth at the age of 4. My poor daughter has 6 silver crowns she has to live with now

Horrible dentist....took our 5 year old daughter in for a cavity, walked out with a crown. Two days later, it fell off. Went back, and she had every excuse as to why it came off, none of which had to do with her. Here we are, 5 weeks later, crown is loose again. Do nor trust her work!

I took my daughter here for her first dental visit. My daughter was very anxious and then was told on her second visit that she had two cavities that needed to be filled. We were told it would be a simple filling and, hours later, after asking what was going on, was told that she basically needed root canals!!! What!?! She was 4! I was never informed prior! My daughter came out crying and they told me their approach was to tell my daughter if she needed to cry, go outside! Never went back!

Dr. Norwick is my (3) kids dentist and orthodontist. I have one on the ortho side of her practice. She and her staff make them feel very comfortable for all appointments! After their last dentist appointment, I got a call from one of the kids teachers asking who our dentist was because the kids were telling her how much they enjoy going to the dentist!!

Do NOT use this pediatric dentist. She used nitrous on my son without informing me. She did a butcher job on his crown which became infected. We will NEVER go back to her, not ever! She made us pay money to send x-rays to our new dentist, and then when we paid her, she sent the WRONG x-rays of POOR QUALITY.
