Dr. Susie and Tiffani her assistant were both so kind and knowledgeable about oral ties and took great care of my baby when he needed a lip and tongue tie release. They really know what they’re doing and care about mama and baby as if they were the ones needing help. My breastfeeding journey really improved once we addressed the dysfunction in my son’s mouth. To say that Dr. Susie Hayden and staff provide THE BEST DENTISTRY IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. They go above and beyond anyone's expectations in the care of children's oral health. I only wish they did adult's too, then I would also be a patient at Stone Oak Dentistry. They have the top of the line equipment and most advanced procedures. Not to mention an amazing staff! From the front desk to the hygienist- these people know their stuff! Dr. Susie is everything a parent is looking for in the care of their children...VERY EXPERIENCED & HIGHLY COMPETENT! In addition to being a genius at dentistry, Dr. Suzie has a kind nature. She takes time and truly cares for all children. They are very knowledgeable, patient, carefully listen, take time to explain, and everyone there is truly wonderful with children. Most importantly, the doctors & team prioritize what's in the best interest of the kids; this was particularly refreshing after trying other pediatric dental practices in the Stone Oak area which seemed to angle for profit first through unnecessarily required quarterly visits and more aggressive medical treatments. Our girls have seen Dr. Hayden for a few years now for their dental needs. Dr. Hayden always speaks sweetly to them and takes excellent care of them with each visit. The staff are courteous. Most recently, one of our girls had a major dental procedure requiring IV sedation. The overall process was overwhelming and stressful for us. The staff were informative and helpful throughout the entire process while Dr. Hayden kept us sane. She was exceptionally thorough and effective. 5 Stars!!!

Dr. Suzy, and actually all the other dentists at Stone Oak Pediatric Dentistry are phenomenal. My daughter has major anxiety when it comes to dentists and they make her feel comfortable and relaxed. What it really boils down to is this place loves kids, and the dentists there love being Pediatric dentists, it shows in their work. It’s the only place my daughter will go.

Were recommended by a friend to see Dr Hayden and she did not dissapoint. The whole staff at her office were courteous and friendly. My son has autism and they were extremely patient with him. I am very happy with the overall service and expertise by Dr hayden and hygienist.

Dr. Susie - Wonderful Pediatric Dentist.... this was our last visit since my daughter is turning 17, & I had tears in my eyes as we were leaving -- esp. after seeing our first photo when she was only 3. Great caring staff -- all dentists are excellent & highly recommend Stone Oak Pediatric Dentistry to anyone with young children. The office is friendly, inviting and makes going to the dentist a great experience. My daughter had only positive experiences & that's impt. for future care. Thank you!

Dr. Susie was my personal dentist before I became too old to go to a pediatric dentist. She always explained procedures to me in detail and made me feel very safe. She went on to treat all 5 of my siblings. We love Dr. Susie! When I have kids of my own I will only take them to see her. Great doctor, great staff, and always a great experience. I wish she would see adults!

Dr Susie worked with my 4 year old and really kept her calm and did amazing work, my little one wasnt very happy but Dr Susie stayed so patient with her and talked her through everything .

Such a horrible experience - I believe that the Dominion Pediatric Dentistry staff and Dr. Hayden acted unethically and unprofessionally. Especially when they tried to strong-arm me and scare me into doing work that wasn't necessary. Questioned why I was there, told me my son had cavities when a later second opinion said otherwise, threatened that if I took the time to review the financial information before signing that they might not be able to work on my son as I had expected. Horrible.
