Very bad service!!! The woman in charge of money is the worst. This Dr losing patience because of her. My husband left the place After the lady didn’t even want to listen what he needs and what is the issue before she see the money. And this is after he already paid $3000 for their services. It’s all about the money there. They wanted credit card up front before diagnostic. My husband told her he is trying to explain the issue nicely and to please listen but she wanted money first. And because she didn’t want to listen she told him to leave the place. Will never go there again!

Dr Weiner performed an emergency root canal on me after 5:00 during the COVID 19 crisis. I was very impressed with him and his staff! They were expedient, thorough, attentive to maintaining a sterile environment and professional with kindness. I can’t say enough as to how wonderful my root canal experience was!!

Worst experience ever they make you wait. Make sure you know the cost as the remind u constantly and want your credit card before the dentist even sees you.

I was so thankful and impressed that Dr. Wiener stayed after hours to do an emergency root canal redo. I was in incredible pain, he was very thorough explaining everything and did an excellent job. Although today is his day off, he called to make sure that I was doing good. Very impressed.

I was nervous just because I had bad experiences in the past. However Dr. Weiner and his staff took their time to explain in detail about the procedure. The staff made sure I was comfortable before He started the root canal. I was very satisfied!

I had a complicated root canal due to .ong roots and crossing of the roots. Dr. Weiner was extremely focused, patient and unflappable and spent all the time needed to perform the surgery. I am very pleased with Dr. Weiner's treatment.

I was referenced to Dr. Weiner for an emergency root canal. His front desk staff (Kathy) moved someone else appointment for me because I was in extreme pain. I drove to Dr. Weiner's directly from my dentist, (5 pm) and upon my arrival my insurance was already contacted and a bill was explained to me in detail. I was seen less then half an hour later and immediately made very comfortable by the staff and the doctor. The procedure was painless. I was given clear instructions and a follow up call.

The front desk lady name Kathi was very unprofessional and rude , she was always like that since the first time I called to schedule the appointment. She hanged up the phone on me 3 times and told me that she wasn't going to keep wasting her time with my questions. All very simple questions for somebody who was trying to understand how insurance works and to budget the amount of money that I needed for my first appoinment. Dr. Sy Weiner and his staff were truly amazing. Dr. Weiner, his colleague/wife Kathy and the rest of their staff (Andrea, Melissa) exude a level of warmth, professionalism and honesty that is all too rare these days. I left their office feeling very relieved and as if I had made some friends, seriously! Anyone looking for an Endodontist in South Florida should look no further than Dr. Sy Weiner. Even my own dentist says that he would only have his own root canals done by Dr. Weiner.
