Was charged out of pocket for covered services, was told by the Office Manager Joseph Moore that my insurer said they didn't cover it, provided documentation and correspondence from my insurer verifying coverage, was charged and billed for service they did not perform on my wife. The office manager Joseph Moore is rude and unprofessional and when provided with documentation verifying that my insurer covered the service just stopped corresponding with me. The Dentist and Hygeinist were great, the office staff cost them my business.

Dr. Knight is unprofessional and has a lack of bedside manner. Staff members are courteous and friendly.

Dr. Knight should not be practicing. She charges astronomical prices for work she never completes. I wish I could sue her for what she had done to not only me but my family members. Every visit one of us has had she has not completed the work. Every visit she has an entire new office staff. I should have realized that and left but me thinking she is going to right a wrong I continued to return.

I would never recommend this dentist to anyone family, friend or stranger. Long waiting times there's no point of having an appointment. No patient privacy, personal conversations constantly, regarding private affairs and other patients. Ultimately the work is just not that good period! The finest thing this doctor offers is teeth cleaning and the assistant does that. Please, don't give this business your money or insurance money its a waste and injustice to you. This Love yourself first.

Dr.Tasha Knight is by far the worst dentist, I have ever met her license should be revoked. She mistreats and misdiagnose patients. Promises follow up, but she never does. After she botches the the job, she will give you a referral to see another Doctor she works with for a second opinion, tell you to come back to her for completion of treatment . However, that referral is just a random Orthodontist she pulls from the internet. Upon, a return visit she will refuse
