We picked Dental Care of Sanford because it seemed it would be a good place to go for a patient with Dental anxiety. We went for a consultation and it was planned to a lot of work in one day. On the day of service we arrived early in the day but work did not start immediately. We were informed that a truck that had medicine the dentist needed was late arriving and she was waiting on that to start. My child with dental anxiety sat in the chair for about 2 hours with nothing really happening. When work did start my child was not appreciative of the way she was treated. A couple of hours later she said she couldn’t do anymore today. My child was in severe pain following the visit and it took a lot to get her to go back to the dentist again. When we did that dentist found 3 teeth bonded together which required a root canel on a healthy tooth to fix. Now the office staff after numerous calls over a years time will not refund my money for the work not finished.

I was greeted cheerfully by name. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and professional. Dr. Wooddell was through in her explanation of the treatment plan and options. Sarah explained the timing and the costs of the treatment. In all it was a very good visit.

Their staff does a wonderful job. I have been goi g there for o we 20 years with my family.

Dr. WOODELL, is very professional and caring. She goes the extra mile to keep you comfortable and ease during the procedures. The dental assistant Michelle is very kind and considerate as she helps the doctor. They have their act together and know the tools and supplies that are needed during the procedures. Dawn in the reception area is very professional and friendly. She makes you feel like you are family. I recommend Dr. Wooddell to everyone who is seeking excellent dental care. She has taken good care of me for twenty plus years.

They treat you like family only better. They let me know the long term effects of any issues going on whit me and give me the best advice including what they did in a similar situation. I like to know that someone has gone before me and what they thought of the results.

I am a new patient. After my experience with my last dentist, I was literally terrified of how I was going to feel after my procedure. The office staff are absolutely wonderful. Dr. Wooddell is an amazing dentist. Everyone made me feel very comfortable. The after effects from my procedure were nothing like I thought they would be. I highly recommend them. I only wish I had found them sooner.

I am very happy with my visits with Dr Wooddell and her staff. Their work is professional and everyone is friendly and helpful. Lisa is an excellent hygienist and has made my teeth sparkle! Dr Wooddell does great work!

I was greeted by a friendly staff that set the positive mood for the rest of the visit. The procedure went smoothly with no pain at all. (Always having a sensitive mouth that was one of my main concerns, but all went well.) All staff are personable and take an interest in the patient.

I have been served in Dr. Woodells office for several procedures. During the work up, paperwork and prep, everything is okay and staff, including the doctor is available to answer all your questions. But after the procedure the customer service sucks. In one instance when a delay in the scheduling, the dentist was busy during the holiday season, the billing transitioned to a different coverage period and I ended up paying a huge chunk of money out of pocket. when I asked for an explanation, she stated that she had actually given me an extra crown??? and made me feel like I should be grateful. I currently have 2 implants, shortly after I had them done, i travelled to AZ for a year, when I came back, I called the office and explained that the area where the screw/anchor is located has a hole and food gets caught there all the time. I was seen, the hole filled, and I was charged $200 for the work. It came out after a month, I have called the office 3 times asking for a return call,

I'm very unhappy with services rendered. I feel this office is unprofessional and it seem in constant chaos!
