I recently visited Madison Dental Care and saw Dr Burgess. He did a wonderful job with my dental work all while keeping me calm and comfortable. He is a great dentist and he was highly recommended.

New crown was not fitted correctly, had his hygienist put the crown on, and he didn't check the margins making sure the crown was well fitted. This was shown to me by another dentist my family has started seeing. This "new" crown now has to be replaced and isn't but a couple of months old.

This place is absolutely horrible! If you like being surrounded by rude dental staff then go to this Dental Office. The Dentist acts as if he does not care and his work shows. The Dentist is in such a rush to get to the next patient that he has become sloppy in his dental work. The new Dentist is more caring but she needs more experience, she had messed up on my teeth before due to labor of experience. Avoid this place if you are looking for great dental work!

It's a big disappointment when a dentist doesn't back up his work, hires a new dentist whose exams are measured in seconds not minutes, all the while presenting a false care-about-the-patient facade. Dr. Burgess touts his skills on 30 minute infomercials daily on television yet ignores, disdains patient's problems & complaints.
Great staff up front, excellent hygienists & dental assistants - it is the dentist themselves that fall way, way short.
