Lacks empathy & Seems to be an office focused on revenue (offering fluoride & whitening to everyone). However, my main issue was being talked down to- I did not appreciate the lecture on why snacking is bad when I just shared I was pregnant for the last year+. I could have also done without the judgemental dialogue about past work done on my teeth. Any dentist that suggests a filling for every tiny haze on an xray is not trustworthy in my book.
