The office staff treated me as if I was annoyance. Apparently you have to make a "special" appointment if you need numbing for sensitive teeth. One them said not to waste a late afternoon appointment on me right in front of me. Have they ever heard of customer service or just plain humanity? I will never go back.

My 87 yr old mother went to ER and I called to tell them she would not be at her 11am appt because she was in the hosp ER. They charged her a $35 no show fee. This has been my dentist for yrs but I will never go there again because of this.
