Dr. Thomas Chapman, DMD

Where do I start. Came to Dr. Chapman because of a referral, and had a cleaning done. During this, X-rays were taken and he tells me I have 5 cavities and need a mouth guard at night to prevent lockjaw. Ok, I schedule an appointment to get the cavities filled. 5 days before the scheduled session I get a call that my apmt has been canceled due to a conflict (no context on what the conflict was). Then they ask to re-schedule me two months out. Instead, I call an old dentist of mine and had his office send my treatment plan and info. I come to find out that Dr. Chapman should go back to dental school. The other dentist tells me he sees nothing wrong right now. This is extremely off putting and wanted to make it public facing. Be careful with Dr. Chapman, get a second opinion.

Dr. Chapman is a wonderful dentist. I recently went for a long due visit after the pandemic and the office was fully transformed. He went all out with the protocols and safety measures. I felt completely safe. I also enjoy that he explains the procedure the way you understand it and cracks jokes from time to time. I have been going to him for a few years now and never had a complain.

Office staff is great. Really like dr chapman. Good at explaining things and very caring.
