I’m not sure if people at this office are planning on retiring or what but dealing with the original front office staff and the new front office staff leaves me frustrated and annoyed every single time I go to the dentist. The left hand doesn’t know what the right is doing and patient care suffers. Additionally I have also experienced the double billing and insurance issues over and over again that other reviewers have reported. This used to be a great office and a staple in Middletown, but if you’re looking for a dentist office… I’d keep looking. Save yourself the headache and annoyance every. Single. Visit.

Dr Fuchs has been my dentist since 2004. He has taken good care of my teeth and I recommend him to anyone. Also his staff has been uniformly helpful and friendly.

My family were patients of Dr. Fuchs for many years. Dr. Fuchs is a fine and competent Dentist. His front office staff however are terrible, in 8 yrs they never once got out dental insurance correct. I got sick of dealing with it so we switched.

I highly recommend Dr. Fuchs. My family and I have used him exclusively for many years. On every visit, I am treated professionally and cordially. Even when I am not there to see him specifically, he makes sure to say hello. My daughter has had two separate after-hours dental emergencies, and Dr. Fuchs has made himself available for treatment both times. He has always let us know that he is not limited by office hours should we need him. I cannot imagine going elsewhere.

Dr. Fuchs and his staff have helped me on multiple occasions above and beyond expectations. On one occasion I had a dental emergency and Dr. Fuchs stayed in the office the day before a holiday (July 3rd) well after hours to solve my problem. He and his whole staff have been tremendous.

Terrible says you need numerous treatments you dont get a second opinion it will save your teeth and pockets. Insurance claims not filled or filled correctly. Requested bills and payments were not given proof of. When you complete your paperwork it is not entered into your profile instead they use adresses from 6 years ago even though you filled out corrected address information twice! This is a money sceme running business!!!! Cindy is not responsible for her insurance claims and billing!
