Very knowledgeable hygienist staff. The Dr is thorough,knowledgeable and considerate when giving care. ExplIned everything to me so I know why a problem happened and how to are for my teeth properly.

Always personable and efficient. I have been a patient for many years and intend to remain with Tom and his staff. Never been disappointed. If your looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend Thomas Herrick.

I recently saw Dr Herrick, Andrea and Fay for a routine cleaning, of which their front office staff, unexpecting my request, quickly fit me in. I travel a lot for work and had been overseas for five years, prior to that I had been a patient of Dr. Herrick. Again, upon returning and having not had a cleaning over the last year due to COVID I wanted to get seen, as I’m leaving again in two weeks. Not only did Andrea do an amazingly pain free cleaning and assessment, she did so without and condescension and with the utmost sincere care. I was blown away. Andrea identified a crown that showed signs of failure and Dr. Herrick confirmed. Knowing my schedule, despite the long lapse in care at His office, Dr. Herrick and Fay fit me on on the spot to take care of it. I cannot echo how excellent their customer service is. I am a patient for life. From the front office to the back office Dr. Herrick and team are amazing.

Always great! Admin Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Hygienists are excellent and the doctor is professional and funny.

Dr herrick is not concerned about his patients at all. His total focus is maximizing his income.

If I could give zero stars I would. He drilled into a HEALTHY TOOTH. NOW MY TOOTH IS GONE!!!! Had 2 fillings done, both came out within 6 months. STAY AWAY FROM HIS NEGLIGENCE!

When my daughter had some work done and was in pain after a few hours, she called to have Dr. Herrick check it out but was told she would have to wait 5 days before he could see her. When I tried calling, I got the "we are busy , please leave a message recording". I left my message, 3 weeks ago, no one returned my call. Just because I live out of state is no reason NOT to return a phone call. I suggested to my daughter to find a dentist that has a staff that knows how to return calls.

Dr. Herrick is a great dentist.

I have been charged $50 for missing an appointment I did not make and they cannot provide any proof for me that I did make it. I now have to write a letter disputing this claim in case they send it to a collection agency. Patients beware of this tactic. They have lost a patient over their deceptive ways.
