Dr. Thomas Moon, DDS

Dr. Moon is excellent, however, there seems to be a bit of disrespect of the office staff. When my appointment is for 8 am, I would expect to have my appointment start at 8 am, however, the front desk does not unlock the door until 8:05 while they stand looking at you. Then they proceed to check you in. So the day starts off 10-15 min behind schedule. Today my appointment was at 9 am; at 9:20 my appointment started, however, I sat listening for these 20 minutes to the front desk staff yawn out loud (graphic, over the top loud) and make unprofessional noises associated with being tired. It was a miserable wait!

The staff scheduled an emergency appointment for me quick and were great to deal with. Dr. Moon was very nice and referred me to a specialist. Very professional.

Appointment with Adrianna was excellent. She is very thorough and provides friendly and helpful advice. Office staff is also friendly and helpful. I like this practice.

Dr. Moon always takes the time to listen. He is a very compassionate man who works with you to find the best options for your specific issue.

I called the office in severe pain, I explained I had never been there, and had a fear of dentist, the person on the phone couldn't have been more compassionate. Everyone explained every step of the process, and Dr Moon was gentlest dentist, and gave me several options, and made my pain go away. Thank you Dr Moon, and your entire staff for putting my mind at ease

Dr. Moon and his staff are always great to deal with. Very professional and courteous. Like most people, I don't love going to the dentist, but if I have to go, I prefer it to be with Dr. Moon.

Dr. Moon’s expertise in dentistry is outstanding, and he has a friendly sense of humor. He took great care while examining my teeth and easily removed an old, cracked crown. Even though I have to wait a month for my new crown to be delivered from the lab, I look forward to seeing the doctor and his wonderful staff again.

Have recommended quite a few times to family and friends. All were happy with his services and his office staff, who are very helpful. He has been my dentist since he started in Rochester. Extremely pleased with him.

Best dentist and staff ever

I absolutely love all the staff, including Dr. Moon. Im not a huge fan of going to the dentist, but going there makes it so much easier. They are all friendly and very helpful.

This was my first time visiting, so I can't answer some questions but I can say so far so good, and I absolutely luv Hannah! She was excellent at explaining everything and made me feel at ease!

Dr. Moon is amazing! He evaluated my husbands' teeth, gave us a plan of action, referred us to an oral surgeon and an estimate of what his charges would be. This is exactly what we needed. He also told us exactly what the urgency of each section was and what he could handle and what had to be done elsewhere. Our whole family has started going to Dr. Moon. We have never had such a gentle dentist. His dental assistant is also amazing, and gentle.

Dr. Moon is amazing! I hadn't gone to the dentist in 8 years due to anxiety and fears. He has completely changed my mind and I no longer fear the dentist. I highly recommend him. Everyone in the office is so kind. They are very helpful and understanding.

I have already recommended Dr Moon to friends. Th staff is wonderful and very helpful. dr. Moon is very thorough. He offers all alternatives for a particular procedure. He explains the consequences of one procedure over another. I am very pleased.
