I have visited this office and the sales pitch is top notch. They operate on this, not on the true care of an individual. I visited and paid out of pocket for care that has not worked. The procedures were for lingual wires. First and foremost, I was told that I would need to sign a waiver to remove some of the enamel behind my bottom teeth, for the bond to hold. I felt uncomfortable, but signed anyhow, after they reassured this was normal. I have experienced all the drawbacks. Returning to fix was a nightmare. The doctor insisted on keeping the zigzag wire that caused an infection. (The initial wire I had, lasted more than 20 years. And no problems. Should have gone back to that doctor, but out of state.). Now, I am faced with neither wire working and money lost, not cheap. The zigzag wire infected me, the second wire has come off. The doctor and his staff are so rude when you approach them about any problems you are experiencing. Not recommended!!! August 27, 2024.

Dr. Shipley and his staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Cost was reasonable...very reasonable. I love my new smile.
