I got an appointment for the following day after I scheduled it with the front desk staff. When I arrived, I was greeted by front desk staff.

I've been to the office 3 times so far. I believe Dr. Nguyen is the best dentist I've ever had. Being now 65, and having lived in 9 states and 5 countries, that's really saying something. This doctor is competent, communicative, direct, timely, effective with her staff, clever in finding solutions, and kind. I trust this dentist.
