Very disappointed with the work done. Veneers and crowns done very poorly and didn’t meet the plan that was discussed from the beginning. Not recommending them unless you want to do simple cleaning and some fillings! Although one of my teeth fillings still sometimes hurt! Also there is one rude staff member at their office, so beware!

The staff at Crown Dental Care are so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Dr. Thy explained everything thoroughly and put me at ease. I would highly recommend this office!

Dr. Nguyen and the Crown Dental Care staff made me feel right at home from start to finish. This meant so much to me, as I am new to the area. They were patient, kind and gentle and I feel like I received a thorough exam.

To begin with I got a same day appointment for a new patient. I checked in & completed my paperwork & was taken in immediately to the exam room. The staff were friendly from the receptionist to the hygienists & the doctor. They know their work, very good communication skills, high tech machines. First time I got real photos of my teeth that needed filling so you actually believe it. Highly recommend this practice.

I visit Dr. Nguyen's office often for teeth cleaning. Every professional I encountered in his office was competent and gracious. When I could not afford treatement, they made reasonable and accomodating suggestions. They've never insisted to do anything that I was not comfortable with!

I was terrified of going to the dentist! Dr. Nguyen and his staff put you at ease. Not terrified anymore! Dr. Nguyen tells you what he is going to do during your visit, checks during the visit to make sure you are comfortable and painless. His staff greet you with professionalism and genuine friendliness. It's like you are being cared for by family. Coffee, tea, water and computers in the waiting room. Very happy with Dr. Nguyen's work!

I made an appointment because I received a postcard with a $1,000 off an implant. However, when I went to pay, they told me that the coupon was no good if I had insurance! Now, the coupon said nothing about that, AND insurance doesn't pay for my implant anyway. So I don't understand how they can do that. Not impressed with that aspect. It's very misleading.
