Dr. Timothy Crisp, DMD

Everyone on here is wrong, Dr Tim Crisp and the whole dentistry are very nice people I have been going there for almost 8 years and have had nothing but a good time Dr Crisp is super nice and very calm no matter what happens he even took one of my teeth that had a cavities that exact same visit which was only supposed to be like a check in or a check up for your teeth.

We drove two hrs to see dr crisp for my then two year old. And we were going to be 7 minutes late. The lady at the front desk told us that he will not see anyone that is late for their appointment. 1.. the kid is two and was just being seen for a checkup ZERO dental issues. 2. We were NEVER told anything about being a few minutes late would cost you your appointment. safe to say I will never r/s with him again.

My daughter was cancelled for 27 dollars we somehow missed in a pandemic. We have paid this office several hundered dollars and have always prepaid at the office at time of service. Pretty sad that a childs health and happiness is void over 27 dollars.

I tried to schedule my children for a dentist appointment this morning. My oldest child seen Dr.Crisp several years ago however he had to switch dentist because my employer switched insurances at the time and Dr.Crisp did not take it. So today I call to make all three of my children an appointment and I was informed that once a child is seen by another dentist Dr. Crisp will not take them back. So then I ask to scheduled my younger children for an appointment and was told that if one child switches it applies to the whole family

Would not recommend him at all! I had family members that went and were treated very rudely by the staff. When there mother tried to call and talk to Dr Crisp he wouldn’t talk to her. What kind of a physician or office does that? I have worked in the medical field for over 30 years and I have never had a physician treat a patient or a patients parent that way. Rude staff will kill a practice and it’s very sad that the physician doesn’t care!

Dr. Crisp is wonderful but his staff is quite the opposite. The office staff recently refused to assist in correcting a billing and charting error that they made and one of the clinical workers loudly voiced her religious opinions while my son was being treated. I would not recommend this office to anyone until some serious staff issues have been resolved.

i would highly recommend him to anyone that i know he is a very nice a person
