When in to have my bite plate fixed. Dr. Freeman said that I had advanced TMJ and that would cost $6600 or $40,000 depending on the level of treatment I wanted. He probably got us for about $1500. Eventually I went to a TMJ specialist. I didn't have a problem although the treatment Dr. Freeman wanted to do might well have caused it. I filed a complaint with the Arizona Board of Dental Examiners. They told him how to reword his consent form so that this complaint wouldn't happen again.

My child's fillings all fell out and she was in great pain. One tooth got infected and had to be pulled because of the missing filling. All the work done here had to be redone elsewhere plus additional work to fix problems caused by the bad fillings. When I contacted the office the receptionist was nice enough but Dr. Freeman never contacted me to discuss the issue. I am frustrated with the pain my daughter went through and the amount of money spent originally and to fix the poor dental work
