Dr. Tina Marshall, DDS

They perform dental negligence and bill your insurance company for more work than they have done, They will split visits into multiple appointments so they can collect more insurance money also while giving you defective work so you have to go back and they can rebill the insurance company again and again. This office and the entire staff needs to be investigated by the feds.

I had a very poor outcome for cosmetic work that will cost me tens of thousands of dollars to have fixed by another dentist. I was gaslit when I pointed out the problem, and as a result, I will lose precious teeth. You may think you're saving money with Dr. Marshall, but the price could wind up being VERY high. Avoid.

I wasn't going to spend my time writing a review, but she sent a message asking me to.I have a chipped front tooth which she repaired. I repeatedly had a problem with the repair, and I paid for it to be fixed more than once. I feel like she should fix her own work without charge, but I wanted it fixed so I paid.After fixing it a couple of times. she mentioned that she could do something else. She never said what that something else was, or what it would cost but this last time I asked her if she could do something else so I didn't have to keep coming back. I had been quoted $34 for the initial repair. She did 'something else' without discussion to hopefully fix it for good. Only after the work was done she told me it would cost more than 5X what I was initially quoted. I paid the full amount, even though they had not billed my insurance yet. They promised that if my insurance paid I would get a refund. My insurance paid most of it, but guess what - NO REFUND IN SIGHT.

They overschedule, it takes hours to get through an appointment with waiting in lobby then the room and then again while people come in and out. They keep cancelling appointments and moving them out farther and farther. It is a MESS!!!! They used to do orthodontics every day then moved it to Thursdays and Sundays now only Sundays when the doctor shows up. No options when you already have the braces on and prepaid!!!!

Was told i had an abscessed tooth which I didn't have. Was told I needed a root canal for said tooth which I didn't need because there was no abscess Was told Icould have all of my teeth crowned for 21,000 dollars then was told that this procedure could be done for 8,000. All of this when I went in for a routine cleaning. Felt like I was in the presence of high pressure sales ladies. On theupside, they were all very good looking, young, and they smiled like zombies. Iwould not recommend this practice

I have waited hours past my appointment times, forgotten about in the chair. Normally I don’t review but I am appalled at how rude the staff is and unaccommodating. If you have an appointment any time of day or any day of the week - you will wait 1-2 hours or more past your appointment just to be seen. Severe scheduling issues and total disrespect. I cannot warn anyone enough of this practice. When upset after long wait times I am told I don’t understand how restaurants and medical practices operate, even though this is a dental office.

After having excellent orthodontists and dentists in the past (before moving) for 3 years of braces, plus wisdom tooth extraction, root canal/crown I can say from experience this was the most horrendous, painful, awkward dental visit I ever had.

Don't be fooled by the music! Problems are ignored.

Their staff and the dentist herself is ok but the wait time is no joke. Plan to be there at least 2-3 hours. They always overbook! Plus don’t get any ortho treatments with her. They have additional fees on top of what you’re already paying for. I have to say that my braces did cost way cheaper here compare to the orthodontist I’ve consulted with before but you honestly get what you paid for. Don’t expect great services/treatment from them esp if you’re an ortho patient. You’re least priority even if your appointment was made before someone who’s coming in for regular dental care. I don’t recommend this place and I feel like the only real reason why people love this place is because of all the free snacks/toys.

Fantastic!! Between my three kids and me, I've been in to see Dr Tina and her staff about four times in the past three months. Dr. Tina is a treasure. Very knowledgeable and caring with her patients. I've met at least six of her team members, and each of them follows her leadership. Each is very patient, caring, calm, and proficient. My three young kids love coming here, and so do I. A very relaxing and friendly environment. I don't see us every switching dentists again.

Phenomenal dentist! So gentle and helpful. Going to Dr. Tina for years and she’s the best dentist I’ve EVER had. Her office is very KID FRIENDLY.
