Hard Pass
Called my insurance which verified that this doctor was in network and was taking new patients. I was put on hold as they called to verify before sending me to the doctor. I then called for an appointment. That was fine until I was asked for my insurance. I was then told no they were not taking new patients and did not take the insurance. Okay. Why the change from when my provider called and when I called? And if you do not take my insurance, what if I want to pay cash? Weird that was not an option. It was just all kinds of excuses to get me off of the phone. Uninterested in me as a patient.
