Dr. Tobin Drake, DDS

My mom has been trying to get a root canal gone wrong fixed and was referred to Dr. Drake. She was in constant pain for months as Dr. Drake and clinic jerked her around with insurance. They made her the middle-man with back and forth calls when all they had to do was call her insurance themselves it verify information and authorize treatment. She had to push back appointments and pay out of pocket because of all the crap. They even said to her face that they hate her insurance company, heavily implying that they hate her as a client because of all the "effort" they have to do to talk to insurance. One of her conversions with her insurance confirmed that they already paid Dr. Drake for her appointment, but Dr. Drake had my mom pay out of pocket $900, because Dr. Drake was not communicating with insurance. They say they accept United Insurance, but my mom's experience says otherwise. Do not come here.

I have never had to have a root canal through a crown before, so of course I went in there, nervous that when he started, my crown would fall out of my mouth, he was very gentle,spoke quietly and worked well with his assistant. It went way better than I ever could imagine, thank you to the whole staff that was nice and professional, because this isn’t an every six month check up,sometimes you only have one root canal in your life, or they are 4 to 5 years apart until you see the actual doctor again.

Dr. Drake is great! He was kind, patient, knowledgeable... just seemed very genuine. I would definitely recommend him. His staff is very kind too!

I was very very anxious about my root canal.. however there was nothing I needed to be worried about. Dr. Drake explained what we were doing, showed me what was going on with my x-rays, and allowed me to put in my headphones to help me relax. He also stopped a few times to see check with me how I was doing. The only pain I felt was the shots for numbing, which weren’t bad at all anyway. The other office workers and dental assistant were all friendly and helpful as well! Overall great experience!

Today's was my 2nd root canal done by Dr. Drake. All the numbing has worn off and I have 0% pain!!! The root canal my regular dentist did took longer and I was in pain for over a week and it wasn't as bad of a tooth as the one Dr. Drake did today. SUPER IMPRESSED by both visits to his office! I told him he reminds me of Spock (the new one) because he kinda looks like him, but mostly he is very logical and confident and straight forward! He and his team are very kind and caring! Thank you!!

Dr Drake was very patience with me i'm a very nervous with dental procedures and I have had very little discomfort staff are awesome also :)

Dr Drake was considerate of my pain level and made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. He explained everything to me and let me know if I had any issues after the procedure I was to call the office. The office called me the day following the appointment to make sure I was OK and if I had any questions.

Everyone in office very professional & efficient & courteous. Dr. Drake does great work and always considerate.

Dr. Drake is amazing! He fit me in on the spot because I had terrible pain, he's a pro at root-canals, I felt nothing. This is my 3rd time there, never have been disappointed!
