If I could give 0 stars to this office and Dr Pusateri, I would. Terrible experience! My husband had full set of dentures done 3 years ago in this office, paid thousands of dollars from his retirement fund. Recently he noticed the frontal tooth missing from his upper denture. In stead of helping us to fix this problem, Dr Pusateri simply dismissed us, refused to do anything to help with this issue, just offered to give 'referral' to another office, to pay thousands dollars again to fix the faulty denture they done in this office. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They charge you thousands of dollars, and give you no guarantee on their job whatsoever!

office staff not very smart had social conversation about wine/restaurant with assistant during whole procedure lack of latest knowledge/research in dentistry lack of discussing possible future consequences of work done in the mouth
