Dr. Todd Shatkin is hands down the best cosmetic dentist in Buffalo. Was able to get new teeth in a day and the entire process with pain-free. I used to have anxiety when visiting the dentist and now it's actually an enjoyable experience. Thank you Dr. Shatkin!

After being a patient for 4 years (spent $37,000 on implants and veneers), I had to schedule a special consultation with Dr. Shatkin to review my concerns. He wasn't available to chat for 5 minutes when I was there that day after someone else fixed my crown that fell out. So, I drove in for that special consultation two weeks later. I can tell you I never felt more patronized in my life. Waited for 15 minutes, and when he finally came over, just stuck his instruments in my mouth and said everything looks fine. He really did not want to hear, me or even give me a chance to discuss my concerns over the past couple of years (i.e., one broken crown, 3 crowns that fell out, an implant that broke in half, etc.). He basically said stuff like this happens, are we good? And then just walked away after asking if I had insurance because I needed a cleaning! I just felt like all he cared about was that he got paid and my concerns and issues were not his concern anymore. Very frustrated...

Todd Shatkin performed an implant on me. When I had an infection in my implant, I went back to him. He denied doing the implant and is only responsible for holding 6 years of records. He sent me away with an infected implant saying he couldn't help me. I went to my regular dentist, who was able to take out the implant and rid me of the infection that was making me so sick.

Thank you to Dr. Lucchese for making my dental appointment a breeze!! I scheduled an appointment with Dr. John because i had sensitivity in a tooth. Turns out i had a fracture in an old filling I had done when I was young. When Dr. John numbed me to fix the problem, I NEVER FELT THE NEEDLE!!!! I'm so impressed. What a great job. His dental assistants were WONDERFUL too. This was such an great dental experience. Great job AAC!
