I have had a very bad fear of dentists due to several bad previous experiences in younger days. The visit with Dr. Cole was fantastic. He was kind and his assistant was great too and my fears are gone!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Had my new Valplast partial fitted today, and it's working great. Dr. Smith was very thorough and took the time to explain everything. Great job!

Very nice office, Doctors and good work. However very over priced and they try to guilt you into getting cosmetic work, you don’t need, don’t want and cannot afford. Third time this has happened. I would love to spend $15,000. on a beautiful smile- but I can barely afford payments on the urgent dental work I NEED! Why make me feel so pressured and bad about myself?!

From the first telephone call I made to Smith & Cole they impressed me! Laura was the perfect mixture of professional and super sweet. She ended up getting my three children and myself in even sooner than planned as openings became available in the schedule. At my children’s appointments it became clear that the culture of this office is again that perfect mixture of professional and super sweet. Typically dentists schedule 1 hour cleanings and 1 1/2 hour new patient appointments to allow time for X-rays. Our appointments were scheduled for two hours each. From Stacy, Jennifer, Trish, Dr. Hartman, Dr. Swallows, and all the other lovely people we met it is obvious that building relationships is evidentially a value they live. I found it so refreshing! They are also on the cutting edge in technology and procedures. As someone who worked in the field years ago it was exciting to see the advancements. You are going to love this place!!! We sure do!!

Great practice. Staff members are so friendly. Wait time was minutes. Full attention of the staff member (cleaning). Nothing could have been better. Job well done

Went to Todd Smith's office for a teeth cleaning. The dental tech took a series of 18 photos of my teeth. The photos showed that I had a lot of plaque build up, which of course, was expected, as I had not had a teeth cleaning since February 2018. The dental tech was very serious as she briefed me, in military fashion, about the plaque build up. I quickly sensed that that the dental tech's contrived seriousness was going to metamorph into a sales pitch (after all, Todd Smith specializes in cosmetic procedures) for additional, and expensive treatment. The dental tech finally pronounced that my dental cleaning would have to be postponed until additional procedures were conducted. This really amused me since I've managed to make it to age 57 without even one cavity. It was simply a sales pitch. I got the impression that she felt it beneath her dignity to simply do a old fashioned and unprofitable teeth cleaning. I walked out of the Smith's office. So beware.

Dr. Hartman was great seeing on short notice snd find a short snd long term solution for me.

They care. They know going to the dentist isn't a favorite activity so they make the experience as pleasant and caring as you could ever expect. Always up to date equipment with knowledgeable personnel.

Have gone to Dr Smith for years. A friend worked for him over 20 years. They offer complete services. Dr Smith is professional and a man of great character.

My tech Jennifer was awesome. I didn’t get to meet dr cole but he came highly recommended, but dr Hartman was awesome. Highly recommend going to this group.

So kindle, gentle and patient. For an anxious person that I am, his demeanor makes a huge difference in my dental experience!
