Dr. Todd Wortman, DDS

12 years ago, Dr. Wortman was tasked with putting 2 crowns on my back top molars (both sides) that each had root canals (luckily from another dentist that knew what they were doing). He was extremely rude, but I put that aside since I assumed he knew what he was doing. This man has single-handedly led to $1000's of further dental surgery and procedures because of his negligence.1) On one of the crowns, HE LEFT COTTON INSIDE THE CROWN THAT HE PUT ON, leading me to get a massive infection down the line and needing to entirely redo my root canal.2) He tried to submit an insurance claim for gold crowns, rather than the standard porcelain. I don't know why he would do this, other than complete obliviousness or attempt to commit fraud. At the time, this delayed my crowns for an extra 1-2 weeks.3) He did a filling on the tooth next to one of the crowns, but FAILED TO CLEAN IT PROPERLY BEFOREHAND, leading me to have further issues down the line and eventually needing a crown on that tooth!

Went in for a cleaning. The front staff was nice but once I got to the chair it seemed like i went into the dentist for nothing. Even after telling Dr. Wortman I hadn’t been to the dentist in over a year he barely spent time cleaning my teeth. He didn’t even say if there was anything preventative I could do like my last dentist always mentioned. He didn't floss my teeth or seem to use any polish and the cleaning lasted for about a 1 minute, if that. They took xrays but I don’t know how they came out as they didn't talk about the results with me. Will not being going back here.

It couldn't be worse. This guy lack professionalism, seriousness, and correctness.

Office is pleasant. Dr. Wortman is thoughtful, patient (and handsome). Have been going with kids since their first Birthday they always ask "when can we go to the dentist again?", which is a rave review from 7 year year old's. No Complaints.

Dr. Wortman rushes appointments, does shoddy cleaning and WORST OF ALL does some tricky financial nonsense with insurance and billing. After co-pays for all he sends a big bill and said I told you I didn't know if insurance would pay. NO - he did not! He informed me of nothing and when I insisted on paying the co-pay at the front desk Beatrice told me Dr. Wortman said there was no charge! Then I got it billed to my credit card which I never signed as every past payment - THEY JUST BILLED

This is a medicaid facility. Dr Wortman did a crown then he sent me to a Dr Reddi for a root canal. Dr Reddi blames him because he drilled the tooth too much. Not going back

Have new insurance and called to make an appt. When I called I was told that Dr. Wortman owns the practice but wouldn't be the one to see me. Then I asked when would the next appointment be she said JULY...today is May 17th. I requested to speak to the office manager and was placed on hold and was left there.

After waited an over an hr to get seen by Dr. Wortman for him to only spend 10 mins on cleaning my teeth. Looks like he have more that 3 appts. For each time. Then recommend mouth wash after using it for a few days i notice my teeth started to become brown. Everyone that goes to see him he tells you grind your teeth just so he can charge you money to get a mouth guard to sleep. First and the last time.

A rush job on my teeth, did not feel clean when my session was over. Wortman can be extremely sarcastic and has a phony attitude about him.
