Dr. Tomas Torres, DDS

I've never left a negative review for a dentist before, but then I've never experienced such a careless dentist. I had recently moved to the area and came in for my initial cleaning and exam. The dental technician who did my cleaning was excellent. When Dr. Torres arrived for my 'exam' he eyeballed my x-rays, took a quick look in my mouth, and then patted me on the shoulder and said, 'Looks good!' and ran out. About a week later I began experiencing severe nerve pain in one of my back molars. I set up another appointment with Dr. Torres. When I arrived, they took another x-ray of the problem tooth. Dr. Torres then came in, looked at the x-ray, tapped my tooth several times, and declared that I needed a root canal. Cut to me seeing an endodontist who spent time explaining what he was seeing in my x-rays (which Dr. Torres never took the time to do) and then recommended I begin using a toothpaste for sensitive teeth. I have been fine ever since.

I've been to Dr. Torres a few times. He's fantastic, as are his employees. I haven't met all of them but Martha, Kathleen and Jessica are the best. Dr. Torres explained all treatment options to me, as well as each procedure, step by step. They are all compassionate and professional.
