Dr. Mai has been great to deal with.
My husband & I have been going to Dr. Mai since 2016 and we have never had issues or gaps in appts due to Dr. Mai or her staff. Dr. Mai took us on as patients when our then dentist retired. She & her staff have been friendly. They always make room for any issues we might have had over & above our yearly check-ups. I have contacted Dr. Mai after hours & she has responded. We've never had billing or insurance problems. Once they accidently filed under our old insurance when we changed but had no problem resubmitting. Dr. Mai even saw my sister for an issue when she was living with us in between a move to a different state. We would give her 4 to 4 1/2 stars. That mostly because we have an across town trip to see her. If she was closer it would be closer to a 5.
