First experience, he knicked my lip with the drill and didn't acknowledge it while his assistant kept dabbing blood during the procedure. Second visit, the tech-asst put a bridge in. He checked it. Turns out, there was so much adhesive that should have been cleaned off, the hygienist scraped off what he could and DDS had to use a drill to remove the rest. Very poor work. I've NEVER had such bad work done in my 73 years.

Dr. Lawson has eased all my fears and anxiety of having to see a dentist. I am 56 years old and haven’t been to a dentist since I was 9 years old because of a very traumatic experience I had with a former dentist. I had to have a tooth extracted and to say I was nervous and anxious is the understatement of the decade!!! He not only explains everything he is doing be he asks you during the entire procedure if your doing okay. He is AMAZING at making sure your pain is blocked and you are not experiencing any discomfort!!!! If you are looking for someone wonderful for all your dentistry needs I highly recommend Dr. Lawson!! The entire staff at Mt Empire Denistry, Bristol , Va are absolutely wonderful!!! The little lady that checks you in (I don’t know her name) is just the kind of person that makes you want to give her a hug, such a sweetheart!!!

He fixed all my problems and finally I am getting better.
