I had a abscessed tooth and face swollen way out. This WAS my dentist. Receptionist refused to talk to dentist said couldn't be seen for 4 days. Had to go to ER. The receptionist was extremely rude. It was painful and they appeared to have no concern. Receptionist said the dentist needed his personal life. I expected the dentist to at least get me in fast. The days wait were bad just to have him look. After getting angry and asking for pain medication until the infection went down I was deemed rude. He eventually pulled the tooth. Then wrote us a letter telling me I and my wife were no longer a patient. When asked for our records I was told they would only send to another dentist. We cannot even get our own records. The hygienists were good all other times. I know of one other person who also was treated like this. Ok for normal things but awful if there is an emergency.
