Uppasna Chand was unprofessional and impatient. Rude dentist! Not recommended!

My husband and I both love Mclean Family Dentistry. They are so well run. In this era of COVID, I felt very safe given the many safety measures they put in place. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful.

I came to Dr. Chand for Invisalign at this appointment. The process thus far has been super quick and smooth. I didn’t realize how easy it was. Always love going to Dr. Chand’s office. The staff is always friendly and the doctors do great work.

I went in for teeth Whitening I got a little nervous since this was my first time getting whitening done. As I was waiting to be seen I was talking to Edna who was very informative and I got to meet Dr. Chand and Dr. Assar they saw I was nervous and they took the time to put me at ease and answer all my questions and concerns. I finally decided to go with Smile perfected. Joy came to take me to the treatment area Joy was very nice she explained the whole process and made me feel even more at ease. I wanted to take before and after pictures and Cynthia very nice and funny girl helped me with the pictures. The treatment was 20mins I also got a massage while getting my teeth whitened. Smile perfected really works !!!! You can definitely see the difference. Thank You Dr. Chand, Dr. Assar, Edna, Joy and Cynthia for making this a pleasant experience!!!!

I hate going to the dentist as it is never a fun experience for me. But at McLean Family Dentistry it was a nice and fun experience. From the moment you go in you get that homey feeling and you get a massage while getting your teeth looked at and cleaned. I was greeted by Edna who was very warm and sweet and welcoming. I met Dr. Chand and Dr. Assar both are very sweet caring doctors who take the time to explain to you what’s going on. Here you don’t get that rush feeling like other Dental offices here they make you feel like family. Stephanie was my hygienist she was awesome !!! She explained everything she was going to do and would make sure I was ok. Aziza took my x rays she was really sweet and friendly and last I got to meet Ellie the practice manger she was very sweet and made sure my first visit was pleasant. I recommend McLean Family Dentistry because this place truly cares and they do treat you like family ??????

So, this was my first visit to Dr. Chand’s office. I went in for a consultation from what I thought was a very complex situation. After we talked, Dr. Chand explained the available options and we quickly settled on what she thought, and I agreed, was the best option for my situation. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to keeping my mouth opened for long periods. As I mentioned, it was my first visit and I had no idea what to expect from the doctor or her staff. Well, I couldn’t have put myself in better hands! She was not only thorough in explaining what she was doing, she was honestly one of the most kind, understanding dentist who just happened to have a bundle of patience. I couldn’t recommend her high enough, she was that wonderful. Her staff, from the front desk to her personal assistance we’re just as kind and understanding as her. Overall, I would rate Dr. Chand a 10 out of 10 and that includes her staff as well! They were all wonderful.

Dr. Chand and her staff were professional, clear, courteous, and highly competent. I’ve seen them just once but was immediately impressed and look forward to frequenting this practice in the future.

Dr. Chand is a competent Dentist. She uses advanced technology and techniques to treat her patience. She is presentable and cares very much for her patience. She also surrounded her self with excellent hygienists staff technicians. This is a very family oriented and friendly practice.

Dr. Chand and her staff are excellent. It’s the first time I’ve felt comfortable enough to go to the dentist without having to be sedated!

My kids and I have gone to Dr. Chand since the practice opened. We have been extremely happy with the services we have received not only from Dr. Chand but the dental hygienists and front office. It's like being with family when we walk in. We highly recommend them to you and your kids!

My nine year old son had a bad experience with a dentist several years ago. Dr. Chand's assistant, Cheryl was so good with him. She cleaned his teeth and just did a great job making him comfortable. Then, Dr. Chand came in and she was so personable. Great experience. Highly recommend for kids.

Very modern and comfortable office. Both doctor and hygenist were great and provided a very good experience.

You seriously could not go to a better dentist office. All-women run (from what I can tell), I will genuinely miss going there almost every week which I have done most of the last two months for serious dental work. I used to hate the dentist. I've always been very sensitive to pain (and scared to speak up), had very soft teeth, and a pretty small mouth. So it sucked. But at McLean Family Dentistry, you are actually part of their family. Just had my 6m follow up - they're still awesome.

My kids LOVE Dr. Chand!! She and her staff have been the best with my kids since babies, and today as toddlers, they still love her and her staff. As an adult, also see Dr Chand, and she has been amazing throughout my preganancies and post! Love mclean family dentistry!

Dr. Chand is a caring physician that takes the time to explain the work that needs to be done and makes you fill comfortable. She will do her best to accommodate schedules.
