Dr. Valerie Preston, DDS

Dr. Valerie Preston is the MOST EXPENSIVE DENTIST I've EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE, based on 'dental cleaning prices' alone! This practice is rather 'sneaky' in my opinion, and so they were NOT upfront about their EXORBITANT fees. Long story short, they did 1 SUB-PAR 'cleaning' on me, billed my insurance company incorrectly, ALLEGEDLY doing 'periodontal maintenance' FIRST, then allegedly doing a 'deep clean' AFTERWARDS! That's backwards! They FAILED to adhere to the insurance company's 'waiting period guidelines,' etc. Ultimately, AFTER getting an ALLEGED poor quality 'deep clean,' and ONE ALLEGED 'periodontal maintenance session' on HALF MY MOUTH, I had to 'cut ties' with Dr. Preston, as I realized I had been duped and taken advantage of financially...all to the tune of $659.50 billed to my dental insurance company, & ANOTHER $750.00 BILLED TO MY CREDIT CARDS! Had I gone back to have the other side of my mouth 'cleaned,' it would have been ALMOST $800.00, an INSANE AMOUNT!

Good quality care and attention to detail. Friendly staff and very good with communicating what the situation is and exactly how they are going to remediate the problem. Dr. Preston is very meticulous and throrough, and not one to cut any corners. Considering what my teeth were, and following a very detailed treatment plan, the results were stunning. In my past experience with dentists (especially with major restoration), the costs are a little pricey. However, it's the old "you get what you pay for", and if there are any issues/conditions down the road, she aggressively rectifies the problem. Highly recommended.

Hello my name is Adam. I hadn't been for dentist treatment in a few years. I had a great experience at Dr. Preston's dental practice. The staff was absolutely the best ever. It was a very pleasant 2 visits.. They make sure your needs are met. I had to get a tooth pulled. It Was'nt bad at all. They make sure you are in no pain. Also that you feel completely comfortable. They will work with your budget and offer many options as payment method. I was so impressed.
