Dr. Vallerie Kee, DDS

I have been going to Dr. Kee for years and I highly recommend her as a dentist! Dr. Kee is an excellent dentist. She and her staff are so friendly, accommodating, and efficient in every aspect!

I feel so happy to finally find a dentist that keeps it real. She was super kind to me. I appreciate the honesty because I have been to offices where all I was a dollar sign. She listened, was efficient, and really diligent during my cleaning. I feel like if any one has a problem showing her respect it must be some implicit bias they have against women of color. Sadly I understand as a black woman in healthcare. But I’m glad I found my dental home.

As far as I know I’ve been seen by Dr Kee— but it wasn’t the person pictured here and I cannot find any photos of the woman that is at that office. There’s a sign in the exam room “Please No Profanity” which seemed odd until I was in that chair. No bedside manner; she rambles on with mostly negative and ultimately way off the mark assumptions about what you tell her— enough to make you want to cuss her out. I’m all for the tough love approach but when you have to keep trying to correct her while she has sharp tools in your mouth those appointments quickly become miserable. Thankfully with state dental insurance changes I have the perfect excuse to move on instead of ever stepping foot in that office again. Unprofessional.

I have always been satisfied with the services provided by Dr Kee and her staff. Over the years,I've had several dental implants done in addition to the normal cleanings/fillings/checkups etc. I would highly recommend her as your family dentist.

The customer service was great! They went above and beyond to ensure my experience was the best. The office was very clean and Dr. Kee was very polite and patient. I am defiantly recommending her office to my friends and family.

Absolutely unprofessional, rude, and has zero bed-side manner. She refused services to my aunt and kicked her out when my aunt had called her daughter to help translate for her since she does not speak English. You would think in 2023 you wouldn't have to deal with such unprofessional, unqualified and xenophobic people in the medical field. The entire office needs additional training. The behavior exhibited was highly inexcusable. I do not recommend taking yourself or your loved ones here.

I’ve been going to see Dr. Kee for my dentistry work the past few years, and she’s phenomenal! I was on a hunt for a black dentist, and I’m super grateful she’s located not too far from me. I see her for my bi-annual cleanings, and we’ve also done some crown work as well, never disappointed. She explains everything well throughout each visit, and the freebie toothbrush is always nice as well. Both Dr. Kee and her staff run an efficient and friendly office; I’ve never been disappointed with a visit. I’ve recommended her to other family members as well who have had positive experiences. If you desire a skilled dentist (and the diversity aspect is a PLUS), then I highly recommend checking her office out. Wonderful to get away from the corporate feel I’ve had at previous offices

Clean office. I was greeted by friendly staff who were very attentive. I was seen on this me and given plenty of time to ask questions and everything was explained in detail at the end. Lovely experience.

I have been going here for about 5 years now and Dr. Kee is great! Plus the staff is nice like they will actually talk to you and are personable. Every time I come back Dr. Kee remembers me and my family. It is a fresh breath of air from the assembly line type dentistry that is taking over.

So happy I finally found a dentist in the Frederick area. I recently moved here and have been having a hard time. The staff got me right in with no problems. The forms were all online but super easy to fill out and made it easy for me to just bring myself to the appointment. I was seen within 10 minutes of checking in which was a relief since I came on my lunch break. But overall very pleasant. The doctor really seemed to know what she was talking about and seemed more trustworthy than most.

Only went once. Felt like I was a burden being rushed and inconveniencing them. She had an attitude when I asked questions. The whole visit me feel uncomfortable and definitely changing dentists. She was awful.

I love Dr. Kee! She is such a kind and caring dentist. I never feel rushed and always feel like I can trust her. Dr. Kee is not the type to recommend a whole bunch of unnecessary work, which is a major reason, why I trust her.

Awesome Dentist! I am so happy I found her. The staff is really nice and helpful and not trying to hard sell you anything. I always feel welcomed and never rushed. I will be telling my friends looking for a dentist to check her out !

STOP, DON'T DO IT! The Daughter of the Dentist works in the office and is very unprofessional, childish, and rude. The front office girl April will be the reason this practice goes under. She told me that they were in network, let me go through all the procedures and then BAM, suddenly I'm billed by them and told sorry we aren't in network and you owe us money. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere. Note: the Dentist is great, her staff totally sucks, and that includes her kid too.

In a word, pleasant. Dr. Kee isn't like any Dentist I ever went to before: she is always up-beat and down-to-earth, friendly and considerate. In the past, going to the Dentist was always a cause of great anxiety for me; now, with Dr. Kee, I accutually look forward to my dental visits. I have great confidence in her abilities, and have recomended her to any and everyone I know. Give her and her staff a try, and find out how pleasant a dental visit can be.

Dr. Kee took the time to listen to me and my concerns. It really showed me that she cares. I am really pleased with the end results of my procedures. It was pain free, and very much worth it for the smile I have now.
