I was a long time patient and quit seeing Dr Lloyd when I had an emergency and staff refused to make an appointment for me. I got an appointment with another dentist the next day and staff called and all of a sudden could see me when they told me there was no appointment available for 2 weeks. Told them I had an appointment with another dentist. When I decided to continue seeing the other dentist Dr. Lloyds office did not send my records. Very disappointed in staff.
