God awful follow up. 1st visit was pleasant. Tooth cleaning and 2 referalls were prescribed. Hygenist cancels cleaning 13 days after making appt, day before incorrectly saying I needed the referral 1st.
I called to clear it up and eventually swung by when I was around. "Dr." Mancuso felt that by calling I was harassing his staff. I never acted upset. He asked me to leave and as I walked out he told me to find another dentist and pay for it with "all the money I've been saving" (don't know where that bitter comment came from). He then called security and 3 police offers talked to me and did nothing cuz he was wrong.
I called to clear this up and each person claimed ignorance or dismissed and ignored me. I arranged my day around this (I have been in tooth pain for 5 weeks) and they have no respect for pain or someone's time.
