I am not a patient at Dr. Price's office. I work for another dental office and called his office to acquire current x-rays on a mutual patient. The receptionist did not mention her name and was in a hurry when she answered the phone, "Dr. Price's office, can I help you?" I said my name and dental practice and was rudely interrupted by, "The office isn't open. Call back." Then she hung up on me! It was exactly 8:30AM on a Tuesday morning. I am horrified by his staff's customer service.
