Dr. Vivian Valdes, DDS

My sister trusted and VALDÉS built her a bridge that later fell! He put a filling on a grinding wheel and the filling fell off too! NADA is responsible for it and the alternative it gives is to do the process again and charge again! He doesn't show responsibility and he's not professional and he has no ethics! Even his work is so bad that it seems he never studied dentistry! Hopefully future customers first read and analyze service contracts because they abuse people's naivety!

Dr. Vivian Valdes is the best dentists in Miami. She is very professional, efficient, conservative in her treatments, and always listens to and finds time for her patients. From the ease of making appointments to the friendly and professional office ladies, to the caring and knowledge of the dental professionals, I cannot recommend this practice enough! Amazing that there are great specialists available, as well!

Doctor Valdes is a wonderful professional. She is warm while at the same time being a professional. She has treated me and my family for many years and we've never had an unpleasant experience with anyone. The office is extremely clean, especially with COVID-- extra clean. Dr. Valdes has had very little turnover with her staff. The outcome is an office that not only runs efficiently but feels like "family" work there. She is a doctor of integrity and tries to help patients by making them feel safe and heard. I highly recommend Dr. Valdes.

Nothing to say about the medical part. However, I would warn about fees applied : not respecting the insurance plan, to say the least Recommend to get a written estimate and stick to it ! Even with that, I had to pay double or being harassed ! Never again.

I will NEVER recommend and will NEVER go back to this office!!!!!!!!!!!! Paid for a deep cleaning in full and had one treatment. Unfortunately my husband was diagnosed with cancer shortly after and was not able to complete the cleaning. When I went back they would not honor the credit. Most importantly and most unprofessionally, I was never notified that the credit had an expiration date.
