Dr. Warren Marvin, DDS

My experience with Dr.Marvin is superb. I’m glad he’s my Dentist.I have been going to Dr.Marvin’s for many years and this is my first written review.Dr.Marvin is an excellent dentist.I have no complaints on the work done to my teeth.Dr.Marvin knows his dentistry! He cares about the conditions of a patients teeth and how best to treat it. Dr. Marvin and staff are courteous and friendly.I want to thank Doctor Marvin for taking care of my teeth. I finally decided to write this review because I felt obligated. Thank You Dr.Marvin Patient (Doel). I Know it took me long long time to write this review.

I have been going to this practice for 30 years. The elder Dr. Marvin created a bridge that not only looked great but lasted 20+ years. It was replaced by two implants done by Warren Marvin. He thoroughly and patiently explains what is happening to your teeth, responding to all questions and concerns, and I couldn't not be happier with the final look and feel of the implants. Any adjustments I ever requested was accommodated in a timely and with good outcomes. I really cannot recommend his practice enough. I'm lucky to have found both of them.

My family has been going to Dr. Marvin's office for years. I dropped one dental insurance company when I retied and that's where the problem began. Frustrating I know but when I said I had exhausted all options on my end and that It was above my pay grade : meaning I am not the office manager and don't have the experience necessary to deal with insurance companies; I was told to go F..... Myself and was hung up on by Cathy. She called back to ask that we start over but I find her behavior abhorrent and I will never ever step foot in that office again. You know when they say this call could be monitored???? I hope it was!!! 4/23/2021

Always in a rush. The quality of work is not great. The older Dr. Marvin was the BEST! I'm happy for his retirement, too bad for us. It's a business, not patient care.
