Terrible experience
I have been going to see Dr Bohrod since I was a kid. So when he tries to charge me 341 dollars for a cleaning I was kinda confused. I looked on my I sure ace website and realized he charged me the 341 without even submitting a claim to my insurance!!!! I called. He gave me this lame excuse that he submitted it late. And I had already paid 100 dollars of it. Then after a couple day I finally saw that he submitted a claim and I only owed him 131. Of which I already paid. I was furious especially since I trusted him. He also tried to get me back to do a deep cleaning which I feel I don’t need. He’s definitely tried to take advantage of how trusting I was . IM NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN

I found that he had an Abrupt manner and was quick to anger. He attempted procedures he was not expert in...root canals and teeth extraction to name 2.
