Unfortunately, I will be changing dentists due to experiencing a lack of courtesy and attention to billing details from the reception staff. A recent event centered on receiving a billing statement that totally discarded the in-network allowable charges from my dental insurance company. In other words, they tried to charge me the "out-of-network" costs. I'm currently disputing these charges. Lastly, the office manager was very disingenuous in his customer service etiquette by not returning my phone inquiry regarding this billing discrepancy.

I’ve been seeingDr Carroll for over 19 years and have received the same consistent quality family friendly care on each visit. I’ve had several emergencies including a chip tooth and the staff was able to get me in the same day. I’ve been spoiled with this type of service, so on the evening of Saturday July 9th, 2022 when I popped a decade old crown I had no worries that it would be taken care of on the next business day. At 7:00 a.m on my way out to do my morning walk on Monday, I stopped by Dr Carroll’s office crown in hand to let them know I needed to have it replaced sometime during the day. The only question I was asked is as follows: “Do you have time to do it now?” “Yes, I said, but I will need to straighten up my car first because it’s not parked properly” I was in and out in less than an hour. Best dental experience I've had; been going to Dr. Carroll several years, and appreciate him and his staff. Total professionalism and competence! On a scale of 1 to 10: TEN.

Dr. Carroll worked with me to create a fair price for my first ever root canal since I was not covered by Dental Insurance. He and his entire staff are welcoming, genial, and professional. A Five Star experience!!! The entire two visit procedure was painless and I'm actually looking forward to my next visit for a complete check up and teeth cleaning.

Dr. Carroll has been my dentist for over 15yrs, and I will continue to see him until he retires!! Thank you Dr. Carroll, for giving me the smile I always wanted.
