Dr. William Gioiello, DDS

I have been going to Dr. Gioiello for over 25 years. I have had multiple crowns with excellent results. The office is a very pleasant environment. He has invested in the latest technologies which makes diagnosis and treatment better. Bill and now his son Doug always do an excellent job of explaining any processes the may be performing. I have moved South of town but still prefer to make the longer drive over the many closer options.

As a dentist myself, I have worked closely with Dr. William (Bill) Gioiello. I have the utmost respect for him and the passion he brings to our profession. His dentistry is top notch, and Bill truly cares for his patients. I have personally had dental work completed by him, I would most certainly visit Dr. Gioiello again.

I have been going to Dr. Gioiello for years. He's a great Doctor and is very kind. His scheduler, however, is a different story. Every time I call or my family members call she acts as though we are putting her out. They are not accommodating AT ALL. In order to get an appointment you had better have a job that allows you to schedule 3 months out-or be retired. It's sad to say, but we are all looking for a different dentist. 5 stars for him- 2 stars for his rude clerical staff.

Both wife and I have gone to Dr. Gioiello for a year. I can say he is friendly, but both of us have had issues with the work he did on us. We both ended up going to different dentists for second opinions after Drl Gioiello's treatments, and there we found the solutions to our problems that Dr. Gioiello didn't diagnose or correct. I would not recommend him for crowns. I would not recommend him for deep cleanings. It's a nice office if you like to watch TV in the dental chair while waiting.

I have used Dr. Gioiello for over ten years now. Dr. Gioiello and his staff have always done an excellent job in taking care of any dental issue I have had.
