Closed door policy!
My daughter was scheduled for a tooth extraction. Upon arrival, I was informed that it was a closed door policy.I felt very uncomfortable, allowing my female small child to enter a room with a closed door.We are now at a different practice that does not have a closed door policy.If you have concerns over parents, behavior, during treatments. I would recommend having a camera with monitor.

My daughter had to have some teeth pulled. On the order it specifically stated 2 of the 4 teeth were optional and at parents discresion. He never gave us an option or showed up the order. Nor did he allow my husband to back to the surgery room with her. The fact that he pulled 2 additional teeth (that I was NOT going to have done) left my daughter to only 2 molars on each side in which to eat with! I had heard of horror stories with the dentist myself and gave him the benefit of my doubt. Never again. Always follow your gut.
