I would give 0 stars if I could! If this doctor wants to have a wonderful practice, change your front desk staff. Sick people don’t need to deal with rudeness, unprofessional staff, nor lack of accountability. Please for the sake of the community do better.

I scheduled 2 appointments for 3pm. I called the office to let them know that I was going to be 10 min late. She stated that if I’m not in the office 10 min after my appointment time that they will only be able to see one person. We reached inside at 3:13 and the sign next to the receptionist’s window stated “Please be advised: all new and existing patients. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will have to be rescheduled.” Mentioned this to her and all she could say is she told me 10 min on the phone. She also said the 10 min grace period is for new patients even though the sign said otherwise. Even when I came in, she didn’t offer to reschedule the appointment. All she said is “which one are we seeing.” They do not know anything about customer service and obviously do not care to get new clients. They also need to update the sign they have up.
