Dr. William Newsom, DDS

Dr. Newsom was very skilled and patient when he performed my very difficult root canal. It was painless but took two visits to complete (I was not charged extra for the second visit). This is a two person office with the doctor and his assistant, Renee. Although the office is small and their set up is old school (non digital) they still provided much appreciated personal treatment. Their prices were reasonable and they did take insurance. If I ever have to get another root canal, I would definitely request Dr. Newsom's help.

I had a RC done by Br Newsom late on a Monday and they even had a power outage in Roswell and put them behind,but after a late evening and 3 hrs later This man delivered me the best treatment and the most knowledge of what he was doing and was always concerned that I was relaxed and ok..I would give him the thumbs up and he would continue. I had 4 roots he had to drill and he did a incredible job! And I can't say enough about Renee who was a great lady and assistant and explains even more in detail with everything going on. I would recommend this man to who ever wants to feel relaxed in a tense situation.....Thank you.

Perfectly excellent! He has a wonderful staff, and Dr. Newsom is a master of his endodontic works. In 2014-2015, I had stress-grinded my back 3 molars, top and bottom, along with a few other damaged teeth - so, I had to have 15 subsequent root canals. I had ground away all the tooth enamel on those teeth, exposing the underlying, sensitive dentin. I never once had an unpleasant root canal - Dr. Newsom is highly practiced and precise.

Dr. Newsome recently performed a root canal on a back molar and did an exemplary job. He carefully explained everything about the procedure, periodically letting me know how far along he was and what to expect next. His assistant Renee was reassuring, professional, and a wonderful conversationalist. It was pain free, and I mean that sincerely. Even the numbing was painless. Across the board terrific.

Avoid at all costs! The worst office staff. It is like pulling teeth to get in touch with them... They dont respond to voice mail or email & dont answer phones. Not a good experience at all.

Dr. Newsom has done 2 root canals on me and both have been completely pain free and took about 2.5 hours each from start to finish. He's an excellent endo who really cares about his patients. When you're having the procedure done you're the only patient there so he's completely focused on you.

Thank you to Dr Newsome and his staff!!! The day before New Year's Eve, a day when they normally are closed, Dr Newsom came in to perform a root canal in my aching throbbing tooth! I have been there twice and he is so knowledgeable and compassionate! The ladies in the office were just as amazing!! I am pain free tonight and thankful to Dr Newsom for helping me through a painful experience!!

I hate that some people had a bad experience but mine was about as good as it gets. (It may have helped that I work at the Dr's Alma Mater and am from the hometown of one of the dental assistants, but they were beyond friendly.) I was falling asleep in the chair, no pain whatsoever. No pain after the procedure. All teeth are different and my root canal was pretty standard for him I believe. Just keep in mind he does these every day which means there are hundreds of positive experiences with him.

WONDERFUL , OFFICE STAFF EXCELLENT , DR NEWSOME WAS VERY KIND , HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING WAS KIND AND MADE SURE THAT I WAS NOT IN PAIN

I had a root canal done about two years ago and from day one my tooth never stopped aching. Dr Newsom said that a tooth could take as long as 2 years to heal. After two years and several exams nothing has been resolved. His office is non responsive to my requests for help at this time. Also his office and equipment is antiquated. Beware of choosing this dentist.
