UNPROFESSIONAL. The fact that the office manager (doctor's wife) cannot address a dispute with a patient without resorting to name-calling is appalling and shameful. If you are unable to behave in a professional manner, which includes conducting yourself with a level of maturity befitting your position, and treat customers with respect, you have no business running an office.
