Dr. William Zerby, DDS

My husband and I have both been going to Dr. Zerby for the past 4-5 years, and had a lot of dental work done.Been to a lot of dentists in our 60+ years and this is the best practice hands down we have ever encountered. Don't hesitate to give Dr. Zerby and his practice a try.

I am new to Ideal Dental having had my first appt with Dr. Montoya in February of this year. I was referred to an orthodontist within Ideal Dental who recommended an extraction but did not clearly explain which tooth. Weeks later I began experiencing pain and could feel a tooth coming through my gum. I assumed it was a wisdom tooth. I rescheduled with Ideal and this time had to see Dr. Zerby. Dr. Zerby entered the room and didn’t even introduce himself knowing I would be a new patient. I explained to him my gum line hurting and the only thing he was concerned about was the ortho treatment not caring about the presenting issue. He spoke over me as I was speaking and abruptly left and shut his office door. Didn’t care to follow up at all. Rudest experience ever and complete waste of my time and money. I would never recommend his services. Terrible patient care.

Dr. William Zerby cemented a permanent crown leaving a GAP between the crown and the gum line. He didn't say nothing to the patient about his bad work. A week later, he had to break the bad crown causing the pt agony and 2 more weeks of waiting time for the (3rd crown). He tried to blame his colleague, Dr. Pardo for his poor work. He tried hard not to admit his failure. I do not recommend this dentist to anyone. I am surprised he has five stars from other patients. The moment I met Dr. Zerby he made me feel at ease. I hadn’t been to a dentist in years and I was nervous and scared. I was scared I was going to be judged as I have been before, but Dr Zerby didn’t judge in fact he did the opposite. He made me feel at ease and calmed my nerves down. He is the only dentist I trust and will drive to where ever he is. He is very polite, professional, friendly and honest. I have recommended him to friends and family and to the receptionist at my eye doctor. I am never scared to go see my dentist because I know I can trust Dr Zerby.
