Always patient and gentle. His staff is also very gentle. They are always busy but they don't rush the patient. We've been with this office for 12 years now.

I have been seeing Dr Shaeffer since 2009. He is honest and really cares about his patients. He is very busy and you must book ahead but he always try to get you in, in an emergency.
