1 star cause i cant give less
Dr Cartagena owns the Aspen Dental in Clermont, FL. That office has the worse customer service I’ve ever experinced. They refuse to take responsibility for problems they created. They started my implants 15 months ago and i still can’t get them finished. They claim the only dentist that can help me is Dr Lee the one that put in the implants butthey will allow me to talk to him. Its always “he’s on vacatiom, he’s onlt here once a week, we can’t get in touch with him. Always an excuse. I cant get the infor for my implants to go somewhere else cause Dr Lee has them. I can’t believe Dr Cartagena is running her practice in thi manner. She should be ashamed. A ver dissatisfied pateint.
